I have temp custody of my granddaughter my daughter which is the mother does not live with me my ex husband which is her father got mad at her and called cps on her well she told them that her daughter does not live with her and they still on the court pappers put her address same as mine
Yes, they can serve you. If possible retain family law counsel and file an intervention into their suit if applicable or file an original suit and you probably can get custody of your granddaughter. Seek a temporary order.
