Girl friend puts restraining order on boyfriend. Can't go around her or kids. Girlfriend text boyfriend "when we go to court don't tell them I contacted you or kids will be taken away. Boyfriend will not text back because he doesn't want to get arrested for talking to her. Boyfriend has screen shots of text from GF saying she will let him see kids after court date. Can BF use this against GF and get custody of his daughter. Other kids are not his. Or give custody to grandparents.
