I let my step-granddaughter and her boyfriend get new phones on my account and they
Took the phones back to the at&t store and traded them in for new phones on
There new account. The
Store knew the phones was on my account
They sent the phones back
To the Warehouse and makeing me pay for them.
Your contract with ATT will govern whether you have to pay for the phones. You may be better focusing on having your step-granddaughter take responsibility and pay any amount owed. Try working out with customer service at ATT or with your grand-daughter.
