For the last 15 years, i pay $100 more per month than the same unit with same square footage 10 floors below me.
I just read in a real estate book that fees were calculated on square footage and not both square footage and floor level. Is this correct ?
No one can answer that without reviewing your condo documents. Anything is possible when you agree to a contract and that is what your condo documents are - a contract you agreed to by accepting a deed to your unit.
