An out of state attorney sent a subpoena to my home state NV, requesting all criminal records. I have a dui case pending. The attorney is looking for documents to discredit me in a MI probate matter.
Have your attorney get out front in this case. Have him or her discuss the subpoena with the attorney seeking any criminal background on you and be pro-active about it. See Avvo.com under 'Find-A-Lawyer'. Good Luck.
