I am disabled and my employer made fun of me. He also dosent pay us over Time on the clock, he gets your over time hrs and guesstimates what they will be an hr over time pay. He then rounds your time and say you’ll make less if Uncle Sam gets it. I had a stroke 1 year and a half ago and I have lost the use of my right hand, my employer held his right hand up in a disabled gesture, then made fun of the way I talk and made fun of me in front of other employees and they all laughed. There is other situations, but I wanted to just talk to someone to see where I stand. Thank you, Looking forward to hearing from you
You may have a disability based harassment claim. An employer should not be making fun of you because of a disability. If the employer changes the terms and conditions of your employment based on hostility to your disability, you would have a discrimination claim.
In addition, you appear to have multiple wage and hour claims. Your employer has an obligation to accurately record your hours worked, must pay for all time worked and overtime typically after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. An employer can have a time rounding policy, but it must be neutrally applied.
