CIty is going after my dogs. There apparently was a video of an alleged attack involving my dogs. The city had the video and didn't let me know or notify me to see if I wanted to see it or use it. The city didn't use it and I later found out after the fact that the video is in their possession and they said it "wouldn't help them" I believe it would have helped my case had I been allowed that information.
What can I do to get the tape and then get a new trial based on this blatent brady violation.
A Brady violation is criminal, not civil. In a civil case it's your obligation to request discovery.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
