attorney has been calling me names in writing, bullying me, just plain harassment. stuck his nose into
my personal business and life. even called my utility co.

Depends what was said, context. If it's collections, most collections attorneys are skilled at getting as close to the line of an unfair debt practice as they can without crossing it. If it was in connection with litigation and was said in court papers then it is privileged, otherwise, you may have an action. You need to see local counsel to whom you can tell the entire situation to assist you.
