Look at Utah Code 15-2-1. https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title15/Chapter2/15-2-S1.html?v=C15-2-S1_1800010118000101 While she may be able to move, whether it is in her best interest to move is something that she should consider before moving out and burning bridges.
