Can a wife take back a home after husband died if there was a verbal agreement ?
The wife didn’t know about the agreement and wants to take the house back. Could she take the house?
Also, do you know of any similar case like this I can read on?

To be enforceable, all contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate are required to be in writing. If the owner has died you need to hire a probate lawyer to sift through things and make them aright.
