Can a wife sue a mistress for ending her marriage or pain and suffering in SC?

Correct, "heart balm" actions were abolished in SC nearly 20 years ago, if I'm recalling the date correctly. If any conduct happened in another state that allows those kinds of actions, it's possible that she could file against you and the other "other woman" in that state, but most people wouldn't go to the trouble. I wouldn't stress too much about it.
