I recently bought a used impala from a used car lot in Medford after about a week I decided to look it up by the vin and see it has an open recall from 2014 .
If they knew about it perhaps they should have told you, but I don't think what they did is illegal. If the problem is covered by a recall and will be corrected at no cost, do you really have any damages?
