Someone i know is a us resident and yet he lives and work in Mexico and get the mail in a borrowed address and yet he threatens the family and says he can threaten anyone he can because he has paper and they don't because they are in the process of getting them and he is trying to take this people out of their because his daughter is married to those peoples son. Those he have the right to threaten people just because he has family in immigration.
yes he can but it will jeopardize his residency once the USCIS or CBP becomes aware of it. as to threat made you all need to call the police.
