Have an attorney review the trust ASAP. Who is the beneficiary of the trust? Why is the trust still in effect after 3 years? Your uncle may be trying to control things past what the trust allows.
Unless your father's trust says otherwise, a trustee is required to provide an accounting to the beneficiaries one-year after the decedent's death. Talk to a local probate attorney and have her/him start the process for demanding that trustee provide you with an accounting. Then if you take issue with with the accounting - and it seems almost certain you will -- have the attorney file a petition to remove your uncle as trustee and account for the monies that should have come to you.
