Person got full time employment offer with company 'A' to work for Client 'X' and signed the agreement to join on Feb 3rd 2020
Now he got another employment offer for the same client 'X' from different company 'B' which is contract to hire position.
Can he break the agreement with company 'A' and join 'B' .. will there be any legal issues ? both are for same client 'X' but different teams. And whats the reason that needs to be given to company 'A' to break the offer
