Can a person break the employment agreement before even joining ? and join the same client with different vendor/employer
Now he got another employment offer for the same client 'X' from different company 'B' which is contract to hire position.
Can he break the agreement with company 'A' and join 'B' .. will there be any legal issues ? both are for same client 'X' but different teams. And whats the reason that needs to be given to company 'A' to break the offer
