We are now going to have to purchase all new furniture due to this and nobody just have money just laying around just for that my home have been ruined and destroyed due to this it’s horrible. I’m basically ready to leave my home due to this our comfortability and peace is gone so much money is gone it’s driving us crazy. Can we sue
Generally, the only option for someone injured at work is workers’ compensation.
This doesn’t quite fit. But bed bugs cases are difficult to prove and property damages aren’t worth much. Probably best bet is a claim under your homeowners or rental insurance.
The lack of evidence to prove that these came from either your husbands work or whether they were picked up at some other place. This set of facts does not lend itself to either Worker's Comp. or personal injury but rather an insurance claim that you should make directly with your own insurance company.
