Can a non attorney represent the non custodial parent when the custodial parent has been arrested for rape and domestic violence
3 attorney answers
First, a non-attorney cannot represent a person in a domestic case. Second, because the father has custody, the mother must prove a substantial change in circumstances to justify "flipping" custody to the mother. A skilled domestic lawyer must be employed to lay the groundwork to do so.
A non attorney can never represent someone in court. Only an attorney!!
