In 2013 charges with 243 e, 1 misdemeanor. promised dismissal if completed the 52 classes. In 2014 i pled guilty to a VOP for a underline, not yet filed, PC 166 for violating a family law ordered for drinking w/kids. I pled for VOP to hedge the future charge, did not work, lol. My original charge has nothing to do with drinking. Now probation is over and i have done lots of good things in my life and even now have 50% custody of my kids, etc.
I want my promised dismissal!! The PC166 charge that came subsequently after initial VOP was dismissed too!
If i was to obtain a LETTER from my ex stating she supports the courts promise of the dismissal will this help with 1203.4 petition? Any suggestions on verbiage. Her and I are amicable. The VOP was superficial to the 243 share pleading guilty to a VOP is a mistake of law not knowing bruised my 243 promise by pleading to it...please help.
This is very confusing. I think you need to speak to your lawyer.
