My lease started January of 2016. After that Year was Up we never signed a new lease but it does have a automatic renewal clause for a year. Full term of the original lease was stated for being paid, to the landlord, a total of $10,200. Does this make my Lease or anything after January 2018 Null en void?
Well, it can be. I can't answer any questions about your lease without reading it. Please Consult with an attorney who can review the entire lease and give you good advice about what it says.
