I bought an iphone case, I have purchased many, many iphone cases, this is the first one that I bought that was magnetic. I thought it was glue. Within a few days, my $1000+ iphone was broken. I have never had a broken iphone. I sent for a new case and went to check the reviews, there are many, many people who have had the same thing happen. The magnet doesn't hold the phone at all and everyone says their iphone has broken.

This isn't true because it slid out of the wallet and broke without dropping the phone. This is happening to people all over. Can we sue for damages due to misrepresentation of product?
