My wife and my self are seperated and i was visiting her at her son's house and the neighbor's dog was outside and i was bitten by the dog. My stepson and his father were made to place a pen up for their dogs when they moved in but the nighbor lets his dogs outside and there is not a pen. The same day i was bitten the guy started trying to build a pen. He hasn't finished building it. They both have the same landlord. I just went to the hospital today and recieved antibiotics for my injury. I was having flu symptoms and had to take off a few days from work. I am in the medical field. This isnt fair or right.
A landlord can be held liable for this, but on a case-by-case basis. I suggest suing the neighbor/tenant. The case against the landlord is going to be tough.
