I signed a 6 month lease. I sometimes forget to close a drawer (maybe 2 or 3 times a week) but I'm getting better at it. We live in the same house. There is no mention of any fee additions or otherwise listed on the Lease agreement. I feel this fee is trivial but I know open drawers annoy the landlord. Should I pay the fee or ask for a addendum to the Lease agreement? I don't know if it is relevant but this became an issue when the landlord started treament for a recurring medical condition that must be hard on the landlord. Thanks for any advice.
drawers like in a cabinet or do you mean doors?
confusing sorry. Always read your lease.
