We have been maintaining status and have genuine documents. I am looking to expedite my h4 ead since i have a pending job offer,however I am worried of expediting the request as it results in RFE. There is no possibility to seek "expedite" of EAD applications, be it for H-4s or any other category.. Currently takes USCIS 90-95 days to process an I-765 application.
