Paternal grandmother ficilated phone call between her son and his daughters while an order of protection was in place against the father. Resulting in the father receiving a felony and 2 years in prison. Now she has petitioned the court for visitation of the children since the mother refuses to allow contact after the OP was violated.
Grandparent visitation is always an uphill fight. Probably more difficult based on facts you relate.
I agree with Attorney Gross. It is not an easy case and the facts do not support it being a straight forward case either.
