under federal firearms law sec 922(g) Section C Paragraph 2 it appears towards the end of the sentence that there is a time limit of 10 years on the restriction of ownership of a firearm by a felon. this wording is also repeated in the section pertaining to dishonorable discharges (paragraph 7). Am I reading this correctly and if not what does the expression "10 years" mean at the end of these sections?
