I went through the drive-thru at taco bell at 730 am, proceeded to go back and refill my drink,an hour later. The lady that was working behind the counter told me I'd have to pay for the drink(the same taco bell cups I purchased) and walked in with to refill,as I was walking out. She proceeded to grab, choke, push, and stop me from getting in my car to leave until I dumped out the drinks, physically assaulting and harassing me.
If the employee intentionally attacked you, then Taco Bell could be liable for the employee's actions, but I am not sure what kind of damages you would be awarded. It would likely only be worth your time if you had to go to the hospital and have medical bills to be paid.
