I am a Pro Se in a divorce case. The petitioner is represented by an attorney who is an active council member in the same city. The way that the case has developed is obvious to me that the judge in charge is bias...there is a conflict of interest to me. I have been warned that this council member is a "dirty person" and is moving influence and contacts to get me deported before I get any further with the case and expose certain information. This council member have been raid by the FBI in the pass...I have no money, the Legal aid here and legal clinics are not helping.
