Can a company treat employees differently on benefits that clearly state every employee is entitled to same benefit?

If the company policy requires that all employees receive a certain amount of product, then each employee would be entitled to receive that amount. If they are not honoring this condition, then they may be in breach of the employment agreement. HOWEVER, without reviewing the agreement (and the benefit guidelines, employee manual, business policies and procedures, etc.) I cannot tell you if they have committed such a breach.
