I was involved in an accident so called 911. Cop arrives and he begins talking to the other driver first an attractive female. They seem to hit it off and start giggling and talk about family. Then he comes to talk to me and immediately starts accusing me of causing the accident! Claiming that my car showed damages consistently with me hitting her car!!!!! That's not what happened as my video evidence will prove.
So will this biased police report hurt my case?
