So I didn't use any OPT time after I finished my Bachelor. Now I am on OPT after finishing my Master degree. Does the time that I didn't use from Bachelor roll up to my Master OPT? How about new STEM extension rule? Does that give me more than (1 traditional year OPT + 24 months new OPT STEM) because I didn't use my OPT bachelor? I have asked my DSO and they are not that informative.
No, you will only get 12 months OPT. You cannot reclaim the 12 months OPT you didn't use after finishing your Bachelors, unfortunately.
