My daughters mother claims her attorney told her that if we could not come a agreed upon place to pick up place or agreed time that she can keep my child from me. But in my time-sharing agreement it states childs home, school or mutually agreed upon place.
There is a very simple way to find out the answer to this one. You can file a Motion for Contempt for her interfering with your timesharing with the child. She can have her attorney argue her position, and you, or your attorney, can argue your position. Note, attorney's fees and costs may be available to you if you succeed in the enforcement action. As always, get a consultation with an experienced family law attorney. Bring a copy of your Judgment with you so that they can look at the language when giving advice.
