I have an offer from 501 c 4 organisation which has 51% of its activity as educational purpose. Can they sponsor a non-immigrant work visa which is exempt from cap? Please let me know
A non- profit entity can file a FORM I-129H if the job position is a specialty position. The position can be cap exempt if the job offer is from an institution of higher education or related /affiliated nonprofit entity , or non profit research organization or governmental research organization.

There is not enough information to properly assess the matter. More information is needed about the company, how it engages in educational activity, and your qualifications. You should speak with the company's immigration attorney or schedule a private consultation with an experienced immigration attorney.
