So my girlfriend understands that I can’t do anything to her ( however I don’t know if that includes touching, does it). But we are wondering if she can touch me sexually or if this starts going into the consent laws.
If she touches you sexually, you have criminal exposure. Wait until she's 17, both get guardasil shots and use birth control so you don't give each other cancer or an unwanted pregnancy which will screw up your education.
In Louisiana, a person 17 or older can consent to have sex with any person who is 17 years old or older.
A minor between the ages of 13 and 15 can consent to have sex with someone who is up to 3 years older than them. However, a minor between the ages of 15 and 17 may consent to sex only if the other person is 2 years older or less.
Get out a calendar and check exactly how much older you are. If you are even one day over the limit, you lose the exception, and if she "touches" you, you can be arrested.
