I have a commercial tenant with a "No Right To Holdover" clause in his lease. I will be giving him a notice of non renewal. What are my options if he does not vacate the premises after the lease expires? I want him out.The Article in the Lease entitled "No Right To Holdover" states: Lessee has no right to possession of the Premises or any part thereof beyond the expiration or termination of this Lease. In the event that Lessee holds over, then the Base Rent shall be increased to 150% of the Base Rent applicable immediately preceding the expiration or termination. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as consent by Lessor to any holding over by Lessee.
