My ex is lying in an attempt to minimize my time with our kid. Not sure if it matters but my ex did not sign any paperwork with their office as it was through my insurance

You have a privilege of confidentiality to overcome, and I have trouble seeing the need for the information. Marriage counseling is to save a marriage or decouple. I don't see the connection to parenting time.
