My sister & husband in law where married for 30 yrs, during this time she became disabled. He
Makes a little more than what she brings in thru SSI. Would he have to pay more spousal support to wife due to disability?
Without having the actual income/disability figures it is close to impossible to answer the question as-is except in general. Generally speaking, it sounds like he'll be ordered to pay your sister lifetime support (until either party's death or her remarriage or further Court order).

I do not know. It depends on the facts. Your sister needs to hire a licensed California Family Law Attorney to represent her and help her out.
