Bring siblings to usa
4 attorney answers
There is no enough information provided. It depends on the country where your siblings were born. If they were born in Mexico, it will take around 25 years, if they were born in Europe - around 12-15 years. You should file an immigration petition right now and check Visa Bulletin from time to time to see whether immigrant visas become available for the Fourth Preference Category.

For siblings of US citizens, there is approximately a twelve year wait after the filing of an immigrant petition.

Right now USCIS reviews petitions for your category with the priority date February 22, 2002. So, if you apply right now it will take around 15 years for siblings until immigrant visas become available for them.
Thank you again..I applied 2011 and 2013..so that means 15 years from those years...am I right?

Yes. You are right. Visa numbers for those who petitioned for their brothers/sisters before February 22, 2002 became available in December 2014. Since you sent your petition in 2011 and 2013, the visa number for them will become available in 2023 and 2025 respectfully.
Mam, the way you fast responded my questions, really amazing. Thank you...I need another advice if you can give me. I have applied for my parents, and also submitted DS-260. After submitting it, I realized a mistake and now worried. My dad came to USA for 2 month in 1994..but that time his name and his fathers last name has spelling error..he visited USA and came back in right time...after that his passport was stolen...I was little that time...but in the DS-260, I have put 'NO' on the 'previous travel part' because worried about his and grand pa's spelling error name, and I dont have any info regarding the visit because of the passport was stolen...now I am worried ..does it gonna affect the visa?... I am using AVVO online because I am stay home mom, so basically depending on my husband for every expenses. Its not possible for me to consult with a lawyer reagarding the matter. So, if you can give me an advice it will be really helpful.
