Back in 2018 I got a harassment charge. I violated it with an obstruction charge. I plead that I was guilty and I was an alcoholic. The judge told me to go to a certain place for aa. I tried going to them, but they told me that I wasn’t on their intake list for meetings. I called them repeatedly and they would not comply. I called the court house so they could make a note. After going back to court, the judge reamed me out telling me I could go to any aa, which she specified in the other court date that I needed to go to a specific organization. She sentenced me to go to everyday to aa for a month and a half including thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. I have not been able to go for the past 3 weeks because of school finals, children, work , etc. when I went on holidays, they were closed. I have went a total of 6-7 times within the last month. What should I do? Should I postpone it to get more aa in since the holidays are over?
More information is needed. This sounds like a conditional dismissal not a condition discharge if it is a CD at all. What people do not realize on any probation is the conditions are not optional or to be done when you have time. It is first priority since jail time (a possibility of repeated failure on probation) wil make you miss work, finals, and your children.
