building a spec home ... I was the operations they were investors, funding kept delaying, I worked 3 months putting together the project, they said let's go ... I started working full steam ahead, and got paid the first three months... the financing was delayed, lost the land, so they said the rest of my pay is not valid. Also the owe some other service providers. It mounts up to $20k aprox. Lot's of paperwork and documents but not an specific contract ... though the first 3 payments were invoiced with note "as per agreement and approval of..."
