Sold to use as f350 and priced at f350, but when had work done and got Vin number for license plate they said it was a f250. We want to get rid of it but car lot shut down.
That is outright fraud and deception. You should retain a consumer or lemon law attorney and file suit. You can hold the dealer's surety bond company and the lender responsible. My firm and a number of other firms here handle such cases. Best Regards. Aldo Bolliger
