Willow tree is a premium manufacturer for chicken salad and I was eating a sandwich made by the store with willow tree product and bit into a good one inch if not longer piece of bone. Willow tree said they would refund me...nothing yet? Should I be looking for more?
Return it for a full refund, and perhaps some free coupons. No injury=no lawsuit.
I'm not sure what they can do for you except refund you the price of the salad. Maybe through in a free coupon or two?

Refund sounds nice if you had no injury. Perhaps a coupon as well. No need for legal intervention
Both the manufacturer and the distributor (restaurant) are potential defendants. Best to document the incident immediately as well as possible to prevent the argument that you made it up. If you have an injury then their offer is not reasonable. Perhaps (if there is no injury) you could leverage the bad publicity of making a stink of it into a meal voucher or a small gift certificate....I'd think that would be reasonable. Don't sign a release unless you are sure there is no residual injury concerns.
