Access/visitation is NOT contingent on payment of child support. It would, however, be in your best interest to begin to assist with the children's financial needs.
Consult with counsel. The Court that granted the initial child support order has continuing jurisdiction over issues related to the children, and any divorce should have that older lower case consolidated into it.
