i went to a car dealership and apply for a loan through the local credit union.i was approved and received the car, few months later i found out that the loan was forged. the whole bank form was forged by the dealership. wheni reported to DMV they stated that the car dealership was put out of business and was no longer allowed to sell anything. so the credit union offered me 5k to settle the matter but i would still have to pay the loan. and i was told by one of the head bank agents to drop the case against the dealership if i accept the 5k. what should i do?
Call me. Actually, you should talk to a lawyer. It is not unusual for dealers to fudge numbers, and some credit unions who work with dealers sometimes look the other way. Do use the the lawyer search to find someone you feel comfortable with.
