The best and most obvious way to unfreeze your account is to make some sort of arrangement with the student loan creditor. I don't know if you have a lot of leverage, though....but If you are currently a student, shouldn't your loans be deferred?
You likely need a lawyer to vacate the judgment or you need to get on a payment plan for your loans if they are not deferred. When you let student loans go significantly into default this is what happens. You may want to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to repay the student loans over time if you cannot afford the payments. Nevertheless you need a lawyer likely to claim the account as exempt or determine if it is.
