What will happened if the arrest warrant had been issued but money paid before court day?
You can call the police department that issued the warrant. It is always best to be forthright to avoid problems.
You should speak to an attorney before you contact police. Simply because you paid off the checjk doesn't mean the warrant is gone.
Prosecutor will take it into consideration. May agree to drop charge for some community service depending on facts and circumstances and amount of check. Probably not though. If you have no record and have never used program called Accelerated Rehabilitation that can be used and the charges will be dismissed/expunged from your record after a diversionary period.
