My brother provided fictitious employment information at a used car dealership last week & after giving them a down payment, drove off with a car. The financing company is beginning to call & ask for "more employment verification," which he can't provide, because he has no job. Can he return the car & if so will he get his down payment returned? Are there any consequences if they find out he lied?
