Son diagnosed w Autism. Son currently receives 2 therapies weekly & seeking to add 3rd. NCP has failed to bring child to required appts as ordered by courts while w him. NCP never attends any appts unless child was left in his care for overnight visitation & appt falls on his day. The order is awaiting appeal hearing. It is very well documented that NCP & I are not in agreement w diagnosis/course of action (joint legal custody was granted and NCP has denied certain medically recommended procedures exerting power and threat of removal of child from my care). Drs have stated visitation schedule is not ideal for the child's best interest. GAL appointed but failed to interview Drs. Anyone experienced in similar outcomes of sole custody w limited visits based on child's best interest?
