Attorney fees after divorce
After a divorce has been finalized and the parties go back to court with RFO over custody and/or child support years down the road, can the lower earning ex-spouse continue to ask for attorney fees from the higher earning spouse?

Yes. Either spouse may request award of attorney fees and costs incurred in post-judgment action.

They can ask all they want. But that doesn't mean they will get it. Also the actual judgment comes into play as to what it said.
