What if a person loses control of car and causes damage to my personal property (destroy mailboxes)? ----
At accident scene, can I audio/video record (without notification in Maryland) the incident and persons (while out in the middle of the public street in front of house). ----
What if neighbors were within sound range of conversations – does that backup “no expectation of privacy”. ----
What if the person driving the car at some point tied in a second person on their cell speaker phone (does this complicate the issue of all parties being notified of the audio/video recording – iPhone - of the event)? ----
Is there a 15-minute paid legal consultation option that I can obtain on these questions?
Pictures and videos of an accident are valuable for trial. But your question does not make sense: If you had an accident your attorney will be pleased with as much info as you can give him/her.
