On 7/3 a client touched my in my private area between my legs. I did all that I was required to do at work. Client was than evicted on 7/5 for failure of not paying rent. So anyhow me being sexually assaulted messed me up, but yet it wasn't unto 9/11 which i seek medical help. Anyhow I have been out of work since 9/11 through 10/19. on the 16th i contacted employer and informed them i would submit my resignation letter which clearly stated i would return on 10/23 and 10/24 would be my final day. well earlier today(10/22) I found out that I was fired for not going into work today. Yet if I would be fired for missing my shift it should have been for missing my Sunday 10/21 as my normal work schedule is Sunday through Thursday. Can I sue?
